We collect your name, email, mobile number and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. We also log device and session data automatically to protect against unauthorised access and fraud.

Payment identifiers are stored in encrypted form and accessed only when a transaction is being processed or reviewed for fraud. We do not store full card numbers; UPI strings are tokenised before logging.

Yes. Submit a data-access request via email or the in-app form. We will compile a readable summary of your account data and send it to your registered email within seven working days of verification.

Go to Settings and select Account Closure, or email the privacy team directly. We delete profile data within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained longer if Indian financial regulations require it.
